Imagine Cup is a competition organized by Microsoft since 2002, bringing tech-oriented students together to use some of the newest software technologies for noble causes (and cash prizes!). in 2009, the competition’s theme was “imagine a world where technology helps solve the world’s toughest problems”, focusing on the eight Millennium Development Goals.
the ‘crown’ section of Imagine Cup is the Software Design competition, which gives the winning team of each year the competition’s cup. during the finals in Cairo in july 2009, we were the lucky winners of the 1st prize for Software Design.
