the previous entry will have to do in terms of Imagine Cup info and tips for now. i’ll add the ones about Cairo and maybe one about our final presentation sometime in late september. the thing is, whoever winds up here looking for Imagine Cup hints is going to go into full-throttle around next spring anyway. our blog will see a shift in focus towards our developing business and towards UpCity as an upcoming commercial product.
right now, our main focus is the pilot deployment for the Iasi cityhall. so until early september, all our time is dedicated to customizing the platform and improving it for our city. we’ll bring news as soon as it goes live. see you then!;)

Sunt curios ce s-a intamplat cu proiectul pe mai departe? Arata foarte fain si util si ma intreb daca ati ajuns sa il implementati undeva (poate chiar in Romania?)

Lucram la proiect de cand s-a terminat Imagine Cup. Problema e ca din cauza climatului economic si a nevoii sa ramanem in control asupra proiectului, il dezvoltam cu fonduri proprii. Asta, plus faptul ca toti trei suntem masteranzi, doi dintre noi in Olanda, inseamna ca nu putem investi atat de mult timp cat am vrea in asta.
Insa in niciun caz nu a devenit UpCity vaporware. Tot astept de cateva luni sa ajungem la un stadiu la care sa pot sa vin sa postez aici un articol despre pilotul din Iasi. Sper sa vina si momentul ala in curand.
